There are statement download instructions for every banking institution. In a situation where the client can not get to a computer we also have a “Connect Your Bank” option where we send the client a link and we can get their statements in 20 seconds! It;s called a FLINKS LINK. To obtain a FLINKS LINK from our lender, we would need the DocuSign application completed and signed.

Download Statements by Bank

Sometimes we have to assist our clients in downloading their statements.
Tell them: "I can definitely assist you with that (Merchant name). Are you beside a computer? When will you be by a computer? Perfect"" For the month-to-date, or months that aren't ready yet, you can take a screenshot. Open the statements on the screen and click CTRL+P to print, but instead of Print, choose "Save As PDF" or "Microsoft to PDF." Reply with the attached the statements to the email you received from us and we'll have offers for you within 3-4 hours.

RBC

Step 1: Log in to your RBC online banking profile and from the home screen click on "Statements / Documents"
Step 2: You will now be on the “View and Manage Documents” page. Here, in the dropdown menu, select the account that you would like to have withdrawals sent to. Then, under “eDocument Type,” select Statement and underneath that, your Statement Date Range
Step 3: Click on the most recent bank statement available. It will download to your computer.

BMO

Step 1: Log into your BMO online banking profile. Under “My Accounts,” in the column located on your left, click on the bank account that you wish to have your withdrawals sent to. In that same left hand column click on “View eStatements.” Next, a list of available bank account statements will appear in chronological order. On the right hand side, click on “View Statement” for your most recent eStatement and the PDF eStatement will automatically download.
Step 2: Upload the PDF eStatement securely into the Registration section of your Sports Interaction account

CIBC

Step 1: Log into your CIBC online bank account
Step 2: Click on "My Account"
Step 3: Click on "View eStatement"
Step 4: Select the most recent statement
Step 5: Download the PDF

SCOTIA BANK

Step 1: Once logged into Online Banking, select "Communications Centre", located at the top right of the page
Step 2: Select the "Documents" tab
Step 3: Select the account(s) you'd like to view the eStatements for, and it will display the available eStatements listed
Step 4: Click on the month you'd like to view and the eStatement will be displayed
Step 5: You may then choose to print or save the eStatement

TD BANK

Step 1: Log in to your TD EasyWeb online banking profile and from the home screen click on "Statements and Documents"
Step 2: In the drop down box, select the bank account (not credit card or line of credit) statement that you would like to have your withdrawals sent to, and click on “OK.”
Step 3: Click on the most recent bank statement available.
Step 4: A pop up window will appear with your bank statement visible. Hover your mouse over the top right of the window, and click on the “Download” symbol. You may now upload the PDF eStatement securely into the Registration section of your Sports Interaction account.
